By accessing our website or engaging AsadLabs.Dev for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
AsadLabs.Dev provides web design, web development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, branding, and related digital services. The scope of services for each project is defined in a separate project proposal or agreement signed by both parties.
A 50% deposit is required before any project work begins. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion and before final delivery of files. For ongoing monthly services, payment is due on the 1st of each month. Late payments may result in work suspension. All prices are in USD unless otherwise agreed.
Estimated timelines are provided in good faith and are subject to timely feedback and approvals from the client. Delays caused by the client (e.g., late feedback, missing content, delayed approvals) may extend the project timeline. AsadLabs.Dev is not liable for delays caused by client inaction.
Our standard packages include a specified number of revision rounds as agreed in the project proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be charged at our hourly rate. Significant changes to project scope after work has begun may require a revised proposal and additional fees.
The client is responsible for: providing accurate and complete project information, supplying content (text, images, logos) in a timely manner, providing feedback within agreed timeframes, ensuring they have rights to all content provided, and obtaining any necessary permits or licences for their business.
Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns the final deliverables (website, design files, etc.). AsadLabs.Dev retains the right to display the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins) remain subject to their respective licences.
Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information shared during the project. This includes business strategies, technical details, and any information marked as confidential. This obligation survives the termination of the project.
AsadLabs.Dev warrants that services will be performed professionally and with reasonable skill. We do not warrant that websites will be free from all bugs or that they will achieve specific business results. We are not liable for third-party service outages (hosting, domain registrars, payment processors, etc.).
AsadLabs.Dev's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate a project with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, the client pays for all work completed to date. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. AsadLabs.Dev will deliver all completed work upon receipt of outstanding payments.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction of AsadLabs.Dev's principal place of business. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any legal proceedings.
